Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds.
We allow exchanges within 7 days of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee.
We do not accept exchanges on custom or altered items.
The item must be in its original, unworn condition for an exchange.
Payments:
We monitor all transactions for fraud and reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraud.
If you are using a credit or debit card, the shipping address must match the card’s billing address, or we will cancel the order.
Shipping:
We ship orders daily using a fully insured express mail service. Most packages arrive within 1–3 business days after payment clears.
While in transit, packages are fully insured, but we are not responsible for theft or loss after the package is marked as delivered. Please provide a secure shipping address.
